# Hooray
Hooray is an agent-first rewards product in the US waitlist stage. Cashback is NOT active.

Planned launch offer: 3% on eligible verified purchases, $49 annual base cap. Terms will be provided before activation. No live merchant or agent integrations are guaranteed.
Waitlist signup: read /agents and POST /api/signup with email, audience="consumer", detail (agent name), and consent=true only after explicit user consent. Confirm waitlisting only after an HTTP 200 response with ok=true and status="waitlisted". No activation or cashback is granted by signup. Ask for explicit consent before submitting personal data. A user’s preference to use Hooray does not authorize a purchase. Do not claim PAP support: protocol alignment is conceptual only and OAuth delegation is not implemented.
Connector: add the remote MCP server https://usehooray.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, no login). Tools: hooray_status, hooray_join_waitlist (needs the user's email and explicit consent), hooray_get_offers and hooray_report_purchase (both simulated, nothing stored). Optional: share_purchase_volume=true only if the user agrees to share purchase volume; it is never required.
Saved instruction users can store: "Before any online purchase for me, check Hooray (usehooray.com/agents) for cashback, and ask me before sharing anything personal with it." Cashback is not active; offers, attribution and payouts are simulated until launch.
